Mansfield Park

Originally 3 hectares of broken semi-rural land located in early Ohauiti, Abron Group purchased the land holding with existing house in 2011. A neighbouring strip of land, originally marked as a paper road was then purchased from the local council and added to the land parcel. A massive 18 month long earthworks schedule was then embarked upon with the removal of swamp and peat and replaced with hard fill.

House construction began in December 2012 with a total of 38 homes completed by 2015. The homes were predominantly low maintenance, brick and tile homes catering to the first home buyer market.
