Howard Scott
Director
Howard has over 40 years experience specialising in land development, residential subdivisions and construction. Starting out in the 1970's and early 80's, Howard developed kiwifruit orchards and small residential infill housing in the Tauranga area with his father.
Abron Group was founded in 1998 as an outgrowth of various other property developments in the 1990's, including "The Palms" in Keri Keri, Bay of Islands, a 26 lot residential subdivision, "Mapua Estates" a 70 lot rural residential subdivision in Mapua, Nelson and numerous smaller infill developments on Auckland's North Shore and in Tauranga.
Returning to Tauranga permanently in mid 2000 with his wife of over 50 years, Jenni, focus has principally been back on residential development in the booming region of the Bay of Plenty. Howard and Jenni have two grown children, Cameron and Abbie, who are now involved in the day to day operation of Abron Group.

Cam Scott
Operations Manager
Cam joined the family owned business in the early 2000's, bringing with him his practical approach to getting the job done.
His tenure at Abron began with a very hands-on role, operating our large machinery, preparing our subdivisions for building. As Abron has grown, Cam's role has grown with it. He now oversees all of our subdivision processes and our civil team, delivering our sections "ready to build" for the construction team.
Cam is also has a large input into land procurement and subdivision design.
Cam has two children with his wife Tracy and in his down time runs their small farm.

Abbie Raleigh
Sales and Marketing Manager
Abbie joined the family business in 2014 to assist with the day to day running of Abron Group. Spending much for her career after attending the University of Auckland and living abroad in the Event Sales and Management arena, her progression to head our in-house Sales and Marketing division was a natural one.
Since 2018, Abbie has brokered more than 80 sales, selling our house and land packages and assisting hundreds of individuals and families in their search for their next property move. Passionate about people and property, Abbie also coordinates the marketing of our developments, and maintains our online and social media presence.
Together with husband Pete, they raise their two children and are involved across their community in school and sporting groups.

Nate Nield
Architectural Designer
We welcomed Nate to the Abron Team in May 2016. Born and bred in Papamoa Beach, Nate started out as an architectural draughtsman in 2004.
Now with over 20 years of design experience, along with a broad knowledge of consent plan requirements and understanding of the entire design process, from initial concepts through to full working drawings, Nate is pivotal to Abron's delivery of their developments.
During his career, Nate has worked on a huge range of projects including rebuilds, renovations and new design residential homes nationwide including our multi level townhouses, each to meet individual client needs and requirements.
In the weekends, Nate enjoys catching up with friends and whanau, spending quality time with partner Hilary and their young family. Being a keen fisherman, he is never too far from the water!

Rebecca Dudson
Office Manager / Client Liaison
Rebecca joined us as our Office Manager in March 2020. Not new to the industry or to Abron, Rebecca had a 10 year working relationship with Abron before joining our team.
Rebecca holds a vital role within our team, dealing with our core team, sub contractors, suppliers and clients on a day to day basis. Her strong background in management has been etched out over a 10 year plus career primarily in the Aluminium Joinery industry.
Originally from England (and still sporting the accent) Rebecca has called Tauranga home for over 15 years now. She raises her two young children with husband Chris and is mad keen on her exercise, gardening and fishing.

Duan Scott
Health and Safety Coordinator
Duan joined us in late 2022 having come most recently from a career in Primary school teaching.
Duan coordinates our company's health and safety; monitoring compliance, developing safety plans, and conducting risk assessment. He also works closely with our construction and civil teams, maintaining our sites and providing additional labour where required.
He and his wife Sallie have 5 children and 10 grandchildren, who they love spending time with. They are also involved in their local church community. In his spare time Duan likes to garden, cook and also enjoys many outdoor pursuits.
