What We Do
Abron Group covers all facets of the land development life cycle, from identifying and evaluating land suitable to develop, the consent process, engineering and earthworks through to the construction stage, fully managing the building process for our clients.

Our comprehensive Warranty, Abron Assurance, is one you can fully rely on. It includes the security of a 10 year structural warranty, and a one year defects period. Any applicable supplier/manufacturer warranties are made available to you upon handover in our Abron Assurance Pack. At the end of the day, we stand behind our product and you can rely on our continued support.
Sub Division Concept
If you have some land you've been thinking of developing, give us a call. Our experts will assess its feasibility and evaluate its suitability for further development. We are the subdividing experts, well versed in all of the council requirements and red tape. Along with industry professionals, we will find the right answer for further development of your land.
Resource Consent
We will facilitate the consent process, providing all the necessary documentation and liaise with council to meet their requirements, right through to the issue of the final Code Compliance Certificate (CCC).
Engineering
We draw on our experience in the industry and our long standing relationships with industry experts such as planners, engineers, surveyors and architects to deliver the solutions you need to subdivide, design and build.
Earthworks and Civil
Well versed in large scale developments and tricky sites, we use our experience, vision and brute force machinery to undertake all necessary earthworks. We own our own equipment and heavy machinery which keeps the end cost down for our clients.
Design
Sit down with our architectural designer and take a look at our comprehensive plans or we can create a custom plan to suit your needs. Meet our in-house interior designer consultant who will walk you through the selection process and bring your ideas to life.
Construction
We will manage the entire build process, from project design to resource consent, managing suppliers and subcontractors through to practical completion and issue of code of compliance. We utilise a detailed project management system which manages timelines, making sure contractors and suppliers are where they need to be to get your build completed on time.

Our house and land packages can be tailored to your budget and lifestyle. Our packages include driveway and patio, fence and lawn - all ready for you to simply turn the key.
